- Non-Returnable Items: Personalized or custom items, as well as those marked as “Final Sale,” cannot be returned.

- Approval Process: Once approved, you’ll receive instructions for sending the item back, along with a return authorization.
- Shipping the Return: Use a trackable shipping service to return the item to the address provided in the return approval email.
Refunds
- Inspection and Approval: Once we receive your returned item, we’ll inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Processing Time: Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 15 business days.
- Shipping Fees: Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
Exchanges Made Simple
- Looking for a Different Style or Color? Exchanges are welcome within the 30 day return window. Contact us to initiate the exchange process. Once your original item is received, we’ll process the replacement and ship it at no additional cost.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. Provide photos of the issue along with your order details at mail@sattars.world. We will quickly arrange a replacement or issue a full refund, including return shipping fees.
